•  You have an Apple Watch Ultra (49 mm).
• Your Apple Watch Ultra does not have a protective case on.

 If the screen protector you ordered doesn't fit your Apple Watch, please contact ESR Customer Support for a direct refund.

To ensure quick and easy, bubble-free application, make sure to clean your watch's screen thoroughly with the included cleaning kit and dust-removal sticker before applying the screen protector.

• Small bubbles can be squeezed out by pressing on and pushing them with your thumb towards the edge of the screen.

Please send us a photo of the item you received, along with your shipping address, and we will send a free replacement.
