The vent clips are designed for horizontal and vertical vents and will not work with circular vents. 

Be sure to watch the setup video before installation.

Please note:

1. The mounting arms should attach to the frame around the vent, not to the vent blades.

2. After you install this phone mount on the air vent, the air vent cannot be adjusted. Please turn the adjustment knob to adjust the angle as needed to ensure optimal visibility while driving.

Magnetic adhesion problems are often caused by incompatible phone models or non-magnetic cases.

Please confirm:

• Your smartphone must be an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later).
• Make sure the case you are using is a MagSafe case or a case with a magnetic ring.
