The car mount attaches securely to all air vent types.

Before installation, be sure to watch the setup video that corresponds to your air outlet type.

Please note:

 1. Attach the mounting arm to the frame around the air outlet, not to the air outlet blade.

 2.The air vent cannot be adjusted after installing this phone mount. Please turn the adjustment knob to adjust the angle as needed to ensure optimal visibility while driving.

Magnetic adhesion problems are often caused by incompatible phone models or non-magnetic cases.

Please confirm:

•  Your smartphone must be an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later).
• Make sure the case you are using is a MagSafe case or a case with a magnetic ring.
