 Please check:

• When using other third-party chargers, ensure the wireless charger has a strong magnetic attachment.
• The ring must be installed on the back of the case, not the inside.

Be sure to watch the setup video before putting on the Ring.

Please ensure:

• The Ring may not adhere to silicone, leather, glass, or any phone case with an uneven surface.
• The Ring must be applied to the back of the case, not the inside.
• After applying, take off the phone case, and push the inside of the case onto a hard, smooth surface to press the ring firmly onto the case.
• Wait 30 minutes before attaching it to a magnetic mount or charger to ensure full adhesion.
