Warranty Coverage:

Duration: The duration of the warranty coverage varies depending on the specific product. Please refer to the product description or packaging for details on the warranty period.

All ESR products are covered by a 12-month warranty except for clear cases which only have a 3 months warranty.

Scope: The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal and intended use of the product.


Any and all quality-related defects on items sold by ESR are covered by an extensive warranty of at least 12 months, starting from date of purchase.


Warranty Claims:

Contact Customer Support: If you encounter an issue covered by the warranty, please contact our customer support team at shopesr@gocommerce.asia. Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase, such as order number (preferred), or sales invoice. Buyer must provide a detailed explanation of the defect, including pictures or video (preferred) clearly showing the defect. It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection in order to verify defect (at discretion of ESR Service Team)

Assessment and Resolution: Our customer support team will guide you through the warranty claim process. In some cases, we may request additional information, photos, or proof of purchase to evaluate the claim. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Resolution Options:

Replacement: For quality-related warranty claims, ESR will offer a new replacement item of equal value according to the extent of the item's defect.The replacement will be in accordance with the terms of the warranty. In case of the item is not available, higher value provided that customer will shoulder the difference and no refund difference for the lower value.

Warranty Limitations:

Exclusions: ESR’s warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.

Non-Transferable: The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the original order confirmation or receipt, may be required to claim warranty coverage.
