iPhone: go to Settings > General > About > Model Name/Model Number

Please send us a photo of the item you received, along with your shipping address, and we will send a free replacement.

● This case is made of silicone and may attract dust. To clean, wipe gently with an alcohol wipe. While most people like silicone because of its soft grippy texture, if you don’t like the feel, please contact us for a free replacement of another ESR case.

● Using MagSafe accessories may leave a mark on your case over time. Avoid frequently rotating accessories while they are attached to the case to reduce friction and therefore the likelihood of marks appearing.
