Be sure to watch the setup video before installation.

Please confirm:

1. The surface on which you install the mount must be hard, smooth, and even (it cannot be installed on uneven surfaces).

2. Thoroughly clean and dry the mounting surface with the provided cleaning kit.

3. Wait 30 minutes for complete adhesion.

To reposition, simply peel off the base, rinse the base and allow to air dry, then reattach the mount.

Magnetic adhesion problems are often caused by incompatible phone models or non-magnetic cases.

Please confirm:

• Your smartphone must be an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later).
• Make sure the case you are using is a MagSafe case or a case with a magnetic ring.
