Be sure to watch the setup video before installation.
Please confirm:
1. The surface on which you install the mount must be hard, smooth, and even (it cannot be installed on uneven surfaces).
2. Thoroughly clean and dry the mounting surface with the provided cleaning kit.
3. Wait 30 minutes for complete adhesion.
To reposition, simply peel off the base, rinse the base and allow to air dry, then reattach the mount.

Magnetic adhesion problems are often caused by incompatible phone models or non-magnetic cases.
Please confirm:
- Your smartphone must be an iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later).
- Make sure the case you are using is a MagSafe case or a case with a magnetic ring.
Please confirm:
- An iPhone with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or later).
- Please use the included charging cable.
- The power adapter or USB port output must be 20W or greater.
- The thickness of the protective case must be 2mm or less.
- There should be no metal jewelry, credit cards, or pop sockets between your phone and the charger.
Additional information on wireless charging speeds:
- Wireless charging is not as fast as wired charging.
- Limiting the number of applications open simultaneously on your smartphone will improve charging speed.
- High temperatures will reduce charging speed and limit power.
- If your phone is stuck at 80% charging, it may be due to "Optimized Battery Charging". Try turning it off to see if that helps. If you don't have "Optimized Battery Charging" enabled, it's most likely due to an iOS upgrade. Please upgrade or wait for the next system upgrade.

To prevent overheating when charging, please avoid the following:
- Use a case that is 2mm or thicker.
- Place metal accessories, credit cards, or pop sockets between your phone and the power bank.
If overheating occurs, the charger will enter overheat protection mode and pause charging. If this happens, please do the following:
- Remove your smartphone from the charger, remove your smartphone case, and allow the smartphone and charger to cool.
- Close any apps on your smartphone that you are not using.
- Once your smartphone and charger have cooled down, resume charging.
